Cammy, M.Bison (Dictator) and Akuma. I'm much better with Cammy than with the other 2 though. Akuma hasn't been toned down as such. He takes a lot more damage than most characters (second only to Seth IIRC), but his full Ultra (2 revenge bars) does 70-75% damage, which is fun!
