The Elder Scrolls Online PVP Guide: Siege Warfare

Not a terrible review, but it also seemed like the author didn't really "get" PvP. I imagine that this is the result of having such a small beta? The beta this weekend was fairly huge, and I routinely saw up to 100 players on my screen when sieging forts (and let me tell you, siege weapons...

Shamus Plays: WoW #10: Murloc Madness

This nicely shows the average experience with WoW as a newbie. First, all quests are fascinating and you read everything. By the end...you just blow through those pages of text as fast as possible and start killing things.

    The Big Picture: Feeding Edge

Movie Bob's right about us all eating genetically modified food. However, some of those "scares" are about the more drastic, less moral things that are being done. Ever heard of the "terminator gene" (not making this up). It was an idea, put into practice by a few, to make it so that seeds would...

284: The Jewel in PopCap's Crown

Although I don't really play Pop-Caps games, I love that they exist. I can't tell you how pleased I was to go to lunch with my wife and a bunch of her friends (mostly 20 something, married women and their husbands) and see them all chatting about playing Bejeweled and watching the "Zombie No...

    GUYS ARE ASSHOLES!!!

Hmm...This post seems to be the "male" equivalent to the "female" complaint. The scare quotes are to indicate my distrust of any generalizations according to gender. I think this just proves that both sexes are capable of making unfair generalizations, something that is unsurprising considering...

    Name Game: A Messy Relationship

Funny com, but I can't believe it wasn't about the "Cataclysm" to the store that the release of Cataclysm probably caused.

How would gay marriage affect your life?

I'm not sure, but you may have taking my (satirical) statement the wrong way. I meant it is a "rhetorical question" in that the answer should be immediately obvious: It won't have a negative impact and will have a positive impact. I'm all for it!

How would gay marriage affect your life?

Rhetorical question is rhetorical. However, I can say that I would get to go to, like, three weddings within the month that it was legalized, and, as weddings are sweet opportunities for me to drink free punch/alcohol and eat cake, that sounds like a personal win for me. :)

How much of an age gap is too much?

Once your both adults (basically means 21 in the States due to drinking laws) it shouldn't really matter. After that, it's just a matter of the usual problems marriages face.

Other than gameplay what matters most to you in a game?

Gotta be story (including characterization). Co-op multiplayer (my wife likes to game, too) is also a big plus.
