Well, my university reroutes UDP connections through TCP (or something...), which means Steam servers are unavailible... You can still access steampowered.com, but not any game servers... Which is stupid...

Meh. I really don't do 1v1 because I prefer playing on a team. In most games I play online (strategy), I prefer to slowly build up a massive army, which leaves me weak in the start. If there are other players to protect me, I last longer and usually win. And that's "Are 1-on-1 online...

Just to clarify, by "cyborg" you mean a human with mostly-robot parts. Right? That is what I define a cyborg as... That is what I would want, robotic organs and endoskeloton, but fleshy outside parts (>coughcough<). Robot arms would be pretty sweet, mostly because I would mod them excessively.
