Although I prefer survival horror, I really enjoyed RE5... but even I didn't really like RE6. Many of the things that made RE5 enjoyable were either removed from its sequel or not enough to distract from the many things that weren't at all good in RE6. I suppose we'll see how the games progress...

As much as I'd love to pretend I'll play this game, I probably won't. I think I made it fifteen minutes into The Dark Descent before stopping. I tell myself I'll get back to it but who knows how long that'll take.

By gunfights I mean gun vs. gun, not how intense the battles are. Near the end of the campaign you're up against bitches with assault rifles and rocket launchers. In RE6, especially so in Chris's and Jake's campaigns, there are a ton of guns nearly from the get-go.

I would normally be happy to hear of the addition of a higher difficulty but quite honestly I didn't enjoy the focus on gunfights this time around (among many other things). I don't mind the shift towards action-horror but I really preferred RE5's gradual progression towards gun heavy moments...

Although the racing was better than most sandbox games, it's not something I'm interested in doing any more than I have to. And I certainly don't care about weapons. I loved Sleeping Dogs, so I hope to see some worthwhile DLC soon.

Such a shame. I can see why it might be considered unfair, possibly giving gamers using the mod an advantage but still. =/

I don't know what's more sad - the fact that companies and schools actually asked for this sort of information or that individuals actually gave it to them.

Yet they're notorious for shutting down servers relatively shortly into the game's lifespan, regardless of how many people may still be making use of the service.

I want me some COMPLETE GLOBAL MARINATION, please. I don't think I'd want to check this out though, the thought of cannibalism makes me queasy.
