I remember Yahtzee hated CAD with a passion, and wrote an article about why he wasnt funny on fullyramblomatic

It was a bog standard Two Nerdy Guys(or more) and a Chick webcomic(basicly, what BBT turned into a cashcow), that wasn't even doing the, back then very popular, formula very well. Yahtzee wasn't the only person making fun of it, and the author didn't take criticism well.
Seems some of that criticism made Buckley consider experimenting with it, which lead to LOSS.jpg among other things. and the rest is history...

From what I hear he still doesn't take criticism well. I remember being banned from his forum just for saying I didn't like a game that was being covered in his comic. No warnings, nothing. It's probably the main reason why I have trouble speaking my mind a lot.

I never read CAD, but I read Bigger Than Cheeses. That guy HATED CAD, and it was awesome. When he ended his comic the last thing he did was crap on Loss one last time. And when he started it back up years alter, the first thing he made sure to do was start crapping on Loss all over again. I love it.

That sounds... alarmingly petty and stale. I mean, throwing shade at another webcomic when the issue was relevant is petty, but sadly understandable on the internet. Constantly returning to the well is either some real pettiness, or complete lack of creativity.

Wait, HBomberguy made a video that wasn't about Fallout or Sherlock that was good?

His channel is a bit of a tragedy when you think about it. So much talent at critiquing media, he could have been bigger then RedLetterMedia, and he squandered it by being yet millennial pontificating about things he's read about online and pretending that makes him an expert.

You're just mad he consistently ethers anti-sjw and right-wing youtubers.
