New "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" Trailer

Wolverine isn't the only mutant heading to the cinema on May 1 2009 as the new trailer features Gambit, The Blob, Emma Frost and even a baby Storm.

If you're one of the many thousands of comic book fans who skipped over Keanu Reeves' "The Day The Earth Stood Still" and got your Emma Frost [http://www.comicvine.com/wolverine/29-1440/] turning into diamond and this is supposed to take place before everything! Nerd rage!

The film, which stars the Captain America [http://www.people.com/people/package/article/0,,20237714_20241213,00.html] will most likely be missing) and of course, the Weapon-X program where he became the indestructible man-god we know and love today.

Of course, it wouldn't be X-Men without a bunch of mutants and the Wolverine film looks to have a good number of them. From the main villain Storm [http://www.comicvine.com/sabretooth/29-4563/], living on the streets.

I just seen it today and thought it was awesome, some sweet Logan and Sabertooth fighting plus my all time favorite Cajun Gambit is going to be in ti. this is one of my must see movies.

I'm quite glad that they'll probably keep the X-men series separate from the Avengers linked films. Too many superpowers can spoil the broth (which is exactly why Justice League is going to suck as a film).

well thank god they're giving sabretooth a real role in this film, wolverine and sabretooth have been at eachother's throats for years. sabretooth was pretty much nothing more than a useless extra in the first film.

Big question is what'll happen to Sabretooth in relation to him being in the original X-Men film.

I also just read that Sabretooth is going to be played by Liev Schreiber, and will be portrayed as Logan's half-brother - and that they fought together during both World War 2 and Vietnam.
