A number of these track names are the same as chapter names in the book. Was the LotR soundtrack the same way?

On that note, I should probably buy the LotR soundtrack. I loved that music. But I'll give this a listen for now.

P.S. Thanks

I may buy this thing once I've seen the film, I'm worried the music might ruin some of the epic moments.

less than one month people! (Plus I'm seeing it a day before the UK release)

Well, that list confirms where the movie ends in relation to the book (just after the Worg attack/eagle rescue).

P.S. I assume they can see Lonely Mountain from the Eyrie - thereby explaining the last couple of pieces.

Non-gaming news ftw, I am glad you did this article, as I have been looking for one of the songs used in the trailers, but couldn't find it.

It's good to find out that it's now released.

EDIT: As the poster after me said. You cannot actually get it yet, so you might want to edit the article. -_-

Like it so far, I'm 20 mins or so in. Is there a direct link to the music somewhere? can't seem to find it beyond the "buy here" stuff.

Yeah me too I kinda just want to listen to a few of the songs and not have to sift through all of it.

Not That I dislike this, this is awesome and thank you guys so much for posting this music, sounds great so far.

Spoiler alert for a movie based on a book published 75 years ago? Okay, sure, why not.

Definitely looking forward to this movie, and this is the perfect teaser. Howard Shore's work is always stellar, and this is no exception!

Why not post a spoiler alert for something that can be relevant and entertaining across several generations? :p

Quite a few songs were way too similar to songs from LOTR series soundtrack, most were mediocre at best with only a handful of highlights. They may of course fit the movie itself really well.
