They're refusing to refund them? What the hell? It's a digital game. There is no product involved except some binary code on a screen and they're just hoarding the cash. Right after being told they won't refund the money then they just go and ban his account? So now they just pretty much took all fourteen hundred dollars and then on top of that the game away. Jesus they need to lighten up.

The kids an idiot for spending that much cash.
