Given that the guys wrapped in blankets in the last frame are her colleagues, I'd guess that Outoftens is the name of the review site for which she works.

Actually, Out of Tens is the original name of Critical Miss...

Beyond that, I'm confused... Is eren trying to set their past on fire?

Well colour me intrigued...

Good point, too. I wonder if there's a way to balance the two. I kind of actively try to hold on to a bit of childlikeness (usually in terms of imagination and the like), but I definitely wouldn't want to be childish :/

Some someone perchance listening to Chris Evans this morning?

Lenny Kravitz was played on his show today.

I have no idea what this means but it looks interesting. Also does Erin always have the chain mark on her wrist or is it just a Bioshock reference/plot hint?

Seems like Erin was being a big kid again and playing with matches (childlike).
And everyone is now angry at her for something that she normally does (she sees their anger as childish).

Either that or Erin thinks all humans are closet pedofiles.

The pyro probably told her to.

I mean, who doesn't want to be surrounded in a field of fire gaseous happiness?

Given the way Erin's coworkers are looking at her, methinks she may just have something to do with the fire.

As for the philosophy, I can see what she is saying, society admires the positive side of childhood (a bright innocent outlook, a sense of playfulness, finding joy in the smallest things) whilst grudgingly accepting the negatives (naivety, lack of knowledge, lack of responsibility). Clearly the former can be beneficial in an adult, whilst the latter not so. Personally I aspire to be the best of both worlds.

She set fire to her office building. That's it. There isn't any deeper meaning behind the act, that's the joke!

"The innocent are cut down with the guilty; the brave die beside the craven."

Society values and venerates many great confusions that arise from the memetic propagation of ideas that can be roughly (and not entirely accurately) alluded to as "goodness".

Also, setting your workplace on fire is a really bad idea if you wish to peruse the many amenities a caucasian inhabitant of a first world country is generally provided with.
Like food.

I was confused as to what Eren burned down at first... but seeing the comments- I understand now it's her workplace.

The real question however is ... why?
I can see somebody else is excited for Season Two of Attack on Titan as well.

Aside: Please please PLEASE let this be a new plotline. I really want to know why Erin set fire to her place of employment.
