I still kinda have an inkling that Simone should be on her mothers side, it seems pretty apparent that she isn't due to some of the exposition the two have had together but who can go from stabbing someone through the ear canal to being extremely sympathetic and crying mere hours later? I may also simply have trouble believe that she could genuinely fall for a guy like Naveed, just...no. They've done nothing to showcase any value he could have towards a total smokeshow like Simone, with the exception of his bullheaded last minute convictions.
Mark is also a horrid character, really broad and predictable, made simply to push peoples buttons, somebody should stab that guy in the ear.
