Alien: Isolation Receives First Batch of Downloadable Content Today

If you've already braved the nail-biting suspense machine that is Alien: Isolation, chances are you were left wanting more. That works out rather well, given the fact that the excellent survival horror title is receiving the first of five planned batches of DLC today, and you can download it right now.
Corporate Lockdown delivers three additional maps for Survivor Mode, with a challenge pack that's poised to offer additional information regarding what happened aboard Sevastopol Station before the Weyland-Yutani team made contact. Additionally, players will receive a new set of objectives to complete, Gauntlet Mode, and a brand new playable character.
Corporate Lockdown is $7.99 on all platforms and will be followed by the Trauma, Safe Haven, Lost Contact, and The Trigger downloadable content packages, which will be releasing by March 2015. In short, there's no reason to trade in or sell your copy of Alien: Isolation just yet.
Alien: Isolation released earlier this month for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. Set 15 years after the original Alien film, it follows Amanda Ripley, who navigates the remnants of the space station Sevastopol in order to investigate the disappearance of her mother Ellen Ripley.
