LittleBigPlanet 3 Beta's Best Levels Include Symphony of the Night, Sack-Racing
LittleBigPlanet 3's developers have compiled the ten most creative levels of the game's beta into one adorable video.
LittleBigPlanet 3 isn't even out yet, and creative players have already gone to town making levels in its beta. The developers have compiled some of the best fan-made creations made in just two weeks in this video, which gives an idea of the versatility and creativity allowed by LBP3's level-building tools. It also provides another look at the new characters [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/135563-A-Closer-Look-at-LittleBigPlanet-3s-Adorable-New-Characters] in action, showing what their unique abilities can bring to gameplay.
While seeing the Castlevania classic Symphony of the Night recreated in LittleBigPlanet 3 is a highlight, there are plenty of other standouts: the perspective-changing Tower of Swoop, the fast-paced Oddsock Derby, and the atmospheric Magical Castle, to name a few. It's impressive that beta testers have accomplished so much in such a short span of time, given how challenging and time-consuming it can be to master LBP's level-building.
LittleBigPlanet 3 launches on the PS3 and PS4 on November 18. The previous games in the series had thriving communities that were constantly publishing new fan-made levels; if this video is any indication, LBP3 will continue that trend for the Sony-exclusive franchise.
