Full Batman Arkham Knight Season Pass Content Revealed

Still no solid date for the re-release of the PC version though...

PC gamers may still be waiting for official forums [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/tag/view/batman%20arkham%20knight?os=batman+arkham+knight], WB has now fully revealed all of the content owners of the game's Season Pass can expect to receive over the next few months.

Here's the full list of what's left in the Season Pass:

As a side note, this seems like a rather solid season pass. More reason to get Arkham Knight in its GOTY form eventually.

Sadly the Batmobile is indeed the primary focus of the game...and that's what most people - myself included - chalk up as the biggest criticism of the game. The city is big enough to warrant having the Batmobile around as a means of travel, but they shoehorn ways for it to be used into way too many scenarios.

My biggest problem was the fact that there were stealth missions...with a frickin' tank. I mean...seriously?

Not to mention that "bonus" boss fight...

Spoiler: You get once you have taken out all of the Arkham Knight's militia presence...

Using spoilers just in case. But really, another tank battle against Deathstroke? Come on! Granted, the Deathstroke fight in Origins amounted to what was essentially one giant QTE battle, but in this game we get yet another Bat-Tank vs Super Tank battle. That's what I was talking about with how they shoehorned the Batmobile into way too many different scenarios. As I said: it would have been fine - and fun - to just have the Batmobile as a way to get you around the city. I'm even fine with using the Batmobile as a way to setup instant-knockout combos when you're in a fight and the Batmobile is close by. But they focused way too much on it.

And those Riddler racetracks were an absolute pain in the ass. Give me the Riddler Deathtrap Dungeons from Arkham City any day over that BS.

It isn't even that the Batmobile is a bad mechanic in itself, in fact, it is actually quite a capable area of the game, the problem just indeed lies with the fact that the hand-to-hand combat is just so much better, and the game just focuses on the Batmobile for seemingly the majority of the game.

As for the "bonus" boss fight, recycling the Arkham Knight Tank fight just seemed super cheap to me. What a waste of a boss fight.

And the riddler tracks were indeed silly. I mean, c'mon, racing isnt a riddle.

My friend sent me this list yesterday, and seeing all of that...I'm really glad I didn't buy the season pass. The vast majority of that stuff is just skins and AR challenges. I wanted more story missions, like Harley's Revenge or the Family Matters. Sure, they've got a few story missions thrown in there, and I intend to buy them, but I've never been big on skins or just more challenges.

I really wanted them to add rocket boots to the grapple boost animation, but I suppose I should be grateful they put the work in on the wings.

I like this though. "We haven't fixed an entire platform's version, but buy more stuff anyway." And I really liked Rocksteady...

I think that requires huge guts to release this amount of content while PC users still haven't gotten a proper working copy.
