Overwatch Closed Beta Wraps Up Next Week

Blizzard has announced the ending date of the Overwatch closed beta.

The Overwatch beta will come to an end on Monday, April 25 at 10 AM PT. Blizzard announced the date in a blog post on the official site [http://us.battle.net/overwatch/en/blog/20098640/overwatch-closed-beta-ending-april-25-4-18-2016]. They also posted a new video that shows what the team will be working on from now until launch, and thanks beta participants for their help. It also teases some of the post-launch content that's planned for the game.


There will be one final open beta for Overwatch held May 5-9 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Those who pre-order the game by April 29 will get into the beta on May 3. Unfortunately, none of the progress made in the closed beta will carry over to either the open beta or the live game.

Overwatch is set to launch on May 24 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

signed up for the beta few weeks ago. so far i havent heard anything yet. but i am confused as to why others could already play it when the trailers them self clearly say that the beta will be out early next month.
well, once i play it i may pre order it since a shop sells it much cheaper than others. the problem is that also catalyst comes out few days later as well.

Had fun in the last weekend beta, finally got to play.

Pity the match making put me against level 90+ types a few times, who kept shit talking about how much a lot of the newbies sucked. It?s not like we were still learning the ropes and how to use characters, you know, like they would have done when they started... Never mind they have had months with the game and a lot of us only got to play in that 36 hour period.

I had work, only got about 4 hours with it, but did enjoy it enough to know I?ll get it. Had fun with Winston, Pharah and Bastion a fair amount, did okay with Tracer too!

Spoiler: For once I have some proof I don't suck :D

Even managed to get a play of the game, and I tend to suck at shooters
