Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia Announced for Nintendo 3DS
The game comes to the Nintendo 3DS this May.
During the Fire Emblem Nintendo Direct today, Nintendo announced Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia, an upcoming title that will take inspiration from the second installment in the series, Fire Emblem Gaiden.
The game will release on the Nintendo 3DS on May 19. The game's protagonists, Alm and Celica, will be available as Amiibos when the game releases.

Also announced during the Nintendo Direct was the fact that Fire Emblem Warriors, first announced at Nintendo's Switch presentation last week, new, currently untitled main Fire Emblem [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/169315-Fire-Emblem-Warriors-Also-Releasing-on-New-Nintendo-3DS-Systems], which will release for the Switch sometime in 2018.
