This Fan Turned an Old N64 into a Working Switch Dock
No live N64 consoles were harmed in the creation of this dock.
One Nintendo Switch owner apparently decided that they weren't happy enough with the Nintendo Switch dock, so they replaced it with a modified Nintendo 64. And it actually works.
YouTuber Tettzan Zone altered the console, complete with USB ports, in order to make it serve as a pretty awesome, and totally functional, Nintendo Switch dock.
Tettzan also posted images of the N64 dock on Reddit [https://www.reddit.com/r/NintendoSwitch/comments/61ygzh/nintendo_switch_64_dock/], assuring anyone who may be interested that no live N64 was harmed during the process - it was already "completely broken." The only complaint? You can't attach the Joy-Con controllers to the Switch for charging while it's docked.
There's a post over on Imgur [http://imgur.com/gallery/e98rg] that details how they did it, in case you're brave enough to try this on your own.
