Nintendo Wii to See New Peripherals
After upgrading the Opera trial browser to the full-featured WiiConnect, Nintendo is eyeing the possibility of releasing a Wii keyboard to make the console-TV surfing experience more appealing.
According to Game Informer, as reported here [http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=162678], "Nintendo's development team says that it is considering adding a keyboard peripheral to the system in order to make online surfing easier, but it has not officially announced anything at this time."
Computerandvideogames.com [http://www.computerandvideogames.com/article.php?id=162723] also reported that a third-party peripherals maker, Piranha Accessories, is going to resurrect the old Nintendo zap gun, most useful for trying to shooting Duckhunt's laughing dog in the face.
Details on Belgium-based Piranha's website [http://www.contactdata.nl/piranha/index.php?action=5#69], however, are few and far between - and not in English.
