Uwe Boll Sues Billy Zane

Film director and all-around maniac Uwe Boll is suing Billy Zane, claiming the actor failed to live up to an agreement with Boll regarding promotion and distribution of the 2005 film Bloodrayne [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0383222/].

In the suit, website [http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0093051/]indicates the company is no longer is business.

bald guy from The Mummy [http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000708/].

Boll is well-known to videogamers and movie fans alike for making shockingly bad movies based on videogames, with previous efforts including Bloodrayne [http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0369226/]flopped badly upon release, and ended up making only $4 million in worldwide box-office sales. The movie cost $25 million to make.

Sounds like he knows no-one is going to give him any more money for films after repeated loses so he's trying to recoup as much as possible by suing everyone else.

Billy Zane deserves it.

I mean come on; he should have known better.
Man, that's what I was going to post! Something to the effect that he deserves to sued for participating in that monstrosity, but the gist is the same.

Zane signed up for a Uwe Boll movie.

That's like signing up to get AIDS.
both valid points but i must say complaining about billy zane being in a bad movie is like complaining about christopher walking showing up in the middle of random movies, it's kinda what they do, sometimes it's a good thing, sometimes it sucks big time.

Best quote I've ever heard. It's so true. You want to ruin your career and get sued by your own director? Work with Uwe Boll.
