Oh god you're so right about so many aspects of the U.K. The health and safety in particular. That's one thing you're going to have to get used to. I got shouted at in college the other day just for using a normal chair instead of an office chair. Granted, I caught the leg on a desk, fell over the chair, then the chair fell on me. But it's still a ridiculous law.

Bah just ignore all the health and safety regulations, its what I do and no ones stopped me so far. I also definitely think London should start giving tax breaks if they want to promote industry growth but most of our politicians are quite detached from the modern world.
