Writer, scientist, software engineer and former Apple employee, John Martellaro, has deposited a posit on Mac Observer [http://www.macobserver.com/columns/hiddendimensions/2006/20060605.shtml] about why he thinks Apple has so far resisted the tens of billions of dollars worth of pressure to elevate the Mac to a premiere gaming platform.

His thesis? Steve Jobs thinks games are bad for humanity.

Seriously. You can't make this stuff up.

Something important to note- Mac game sales are proportionately greater than or equal to their market share.
