Creator of Anthony Saves the World To Answer Questions Live Today at 1pm

Today at 1pm, Mikey Neumann from Gearbox, creator of Borderlands and Anthony Saves the World will beam directly into your brain over the interwebs.

[video=2774]

Today at 1pm over at AnthonySavesTheWorld.com [http://www.anthonysavestheworld.com] The Escapist is hosting a live video chat with series creator Mikey Neumann. You can ask him any questions you want regarding the show, like how it all came together or what he has in store for the future. Mikey will then read your questions aloud and answer you face-to-text.

There's two ways for you get your questions answered. You can either sign into the IRC chat embedded at AnthonySavestheWorld.com [http://www.anthonysavestheworld.com] or you can post a question on Twitter that includes the hashtag #AnthonySaves. It's just that easy.

Mikey Neumann and Anthony Burch play two gamers who have to save the effin' world in the action-packed web series Anthony Saves the World. The pilot episode shows Mikey fighting off an assailant with combat prowess and action hero quips, all while being pissed off that he had to sacrifice his 7 victory points in a game of Settlers of Catan. The not-quite-science-fiction series is the brain child of Neumann, the Creative Director of Gearbox Software, and Burch, half the team of Hey Ash, Watchya Playing, and it melds comedy, action, gamer culture and time-bending paradoxes.

In anticipation of communicating directly with Mikey Neumann, feel free to check out the trailer for Anthony Saves the World and catch up on the first three episodes [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/anthony-saves-the-world]. The never-seen-before fourth episode, Crossing Swords, debuts today at 12 noon only on The Escapist.

It wasn't really advertised. And the advert, which you can see from this thread was not really non US tz friendly.

Also I think alot of people were in school/work. 1pm is the middle of the day.

Not this advert no, but I remember that in the first one, they put in greenwich time as well. Which is great, cuz otherwise I wouldn't have caught it. It's great when sites remember that US TZ sucks, it's just too bad they didn't remember to remember it a second time.
