Canvas Promises a Psychic Journey With a Teddy Bear
There's not much I can tell you about Canvas at this point. It's a total conversion for Half-Life 2: Episode 2 that turns the game into a single-player, third-person perspective action-adventure telling the tale of Milena Desmaris and Borden, her psychically animated teddy bear. Living in a world in which psychic abilities are viewed as normal and artists create paintings that can not only be viewed but entered and explored, Milena goes on a journey into the painting world to discover more about herself, her father and her life.
That's not terribly helpful, is it? Neither is this trailer, but that doesn't stop it from being the most intriguing videogame teasers I've seen in a very long time. I don't know what's going on, but I want to know and I think that makes it a job well done. There's no word on when Canvas might be ready to launch but you better believe that I'll be waiting for it.
