I downloaded a free "Build your own theme-park!" kind of app from EA, and was very dissapointed. You only get the most basic rides and shops for free, everything else costs money. Would've preffered it if they just asked me to pay for it right away. So, with that in mind, I proceeded to blow up internet spaceships, probably killing around a hundred crew-members (hey, at least I didn't get popped).

For me batman arkham city was the last without killing anyone.

Probably Portal, because GlaDos is Still Alive (Pun not intended) after you destroy her if not, Batman Arkham Asylum (Bats has a rule against killing.)
