Minecraft Gets the Honest Trailers Treatment

Honest Trailers has released a new video running down the Minecraft experience.

So you may have heard of this game called Minecraft. I personally haven't played it, but from I hear it's gotten pretty big. Like exploded big. Like large enough that it's the video game equivalent of <a href=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gWmHA1Kh8SQ>a kaiju at this point, smashing and stomping over the accomplishments of lesser games like they're barely even there. The thing is, when you reach that sort of prominence, you tend to draw attention from the sort of folks that point out some of your lesser foibles.

Enter Honest Trailers and its band of YouTube nitpickers. The show, which, in the past, has turned its critical eye toward other popular games such as <a href=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hgts9u56ZS8>Assassin's Creed 4 and <a href=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EnGc3mPkZ38>Grand Theft Auto V, recently released a new episode boiling Minecraft down to those core elements that make it both special and maybe sometimes a little bit frustrating. Featured among the highlights are the game's visuals, its arguable over-complexity and the inadequacy many players inevitably feel when they realize they'll never be able to muster the time and patience to build on the epic scale as the game's more impressive devotees.

The real question after watching the video, of course, is what element of the game you think merits mentioning. Was the aim of this Honest Trailer on the mark or did it skip over some detail that defines your personal Minecraft experience? Let us know in the comments.

I think pickle juice is the cure for everything.
Didn't seem to touch on why animals can make babies in Minecraft but people can't.

They can. :3 you just need to make a proper village and help them along.

Get the ol' apartment complex on the go. :3 but they need sunlight. o_O
