Fallout 3's Enclave Reborn as LEGO Army

LEGO builder Justin Stebbins has built an Enclave Vertibird and custom mini-figures recreating the post-apocalyptic force's troops.

You know what's a great game? Fallout 3. And you what's a great way to celebrate a great game? LEGO, of course. Granted, LEGO has a seemingly uncanny to make everything better, but we're going to go on a limb and say that video games especially see perfectly tuned to reap the benefits of LEGO recreation. <a href=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/131915-LEGO-Artist-Completes-Four-Year-Halo-Project>Halo, <a href=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/126624-FTL-LEGO-Sets-Heading-for-Official-Review>FTL, <a href=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/131988-Bioshock-Infinites-Patriot-Goes-LEGO>Bioshock: Infinite; they've all been at the root of some excellent builds in the past and now, thanks to LEGO fan Justin Stebbins, Fallout 3 can count itself among their ranks.

Stebbins, posting to his personal website, recently released a series of pictures rebuilding the game's Enclave faction. Featured in his build was a nifty LEGO brick take on the Enclave Vertibird as well as an army of custom made mini-figures pieced together with paint, decals and whatever LEGO parts he could find that resembled Enclave power armor. He also created an Enclave officer, a pilot and a pair of Enclave scientists using similar methods.

This isn't Stebbins first foray into game-based LEGO builds either. His previous work (which can actually be purchased at his website) includes a practical butt-ton of custom mini-figures based on games like Tomb Raider, Uncharted, Skyrim, Watch Dogs, Metal Gear Solid and more. Put shortly, if you're even a casual fan of either video games or LEGO you really owe it to yourself to take a peek at his wares.

When I saw this article I immediately thought Justin Stebbins. Turns out I have a good eye. I love his Lego versions of Metal Gear REX and RAY.

Because Fallout 3 is the only fallout game with the Enclave.
It's clear that he based the design of their armor predominantly on the Fallout 3 version. If you've ever seen the Advanced Power Armor MK II, you'll recognize a clear difference between that and the so-called 'Black Devil' armor.

Son of a flying biscuit, I love this! This is great work if it's custom. Where can I get some of this action?

Yeeeesss, I always enjoy some Saber-Scorpion recognition. This is seriously some of his best work.

I wonder if it is for sale? Gonna have to check his website out!
He can't sell sets of the Vertibird itself because they're made up of Lego bricks. He does offer the custom made minifigure accessories and decals because those are all of his own design and make.

Here, I'll even indulge your lazier side and post the link to both:

Check image 9.

The issue with the 'classic' Enclave Power Armour is that it's hard to translate with just minifig shoulder pads + extras unlike 3's version without looking generic and Fallout 2's transport vertibird multi-bladed propeller would be an absolute ***** to create in Lego.

Thanks for that, I had found the site and searched through and found his work. It is really good stuff, I (regrettably) wrote my response prior to having looked at his site.

I appreciate your response. Thanks!
