I've still yet to see a great Samus. That's one of the better ones (there's another foam one that looks pretty sweet too) but still fails at getting the silhouette right (the chest piece needs to sit higher up on the shoulders and the arms need to go through the biceps rather than between the biceps and triceps to accentuate the broadness of the shoulders. You also need to be it great shape and have a tight corset to pull off Samus' waistline).

I drew a quick pic where you can see where the actual body should sit underneath the armour:

I've actually wanted to build a suit for myself, since I have the perfect body for it (6'3", broad shoulders, small waist/hips)... does it matter that I have a penis?

Pixelninja is my favorite. I went looking for her suit to link here, and discovered she's done the Varia suit *twice* -- AND the Gravity suit. Badass.
