Marvel's Daredevil, Hot Fuzz, Halt and Catch Fire Come to Netflix in April

In case you missed it, here's what's coming to Netflix in April.

Clear your weekend for some binge-watching! Netflix's monthly purge of titles will open up space for some very interesting new shows available to stream in April.

There are certainly some front runners, including the first season of Marvel's Daredevil (available April 10), Halt and Catch Fire Season 1 (available April 8), and cop comedy with a twist Hot Fuzz (available April 16), but you can find a full list below as a refresher.

I'm not sure it's safe to call Daredavil season 1, since there are 3 other series and a miniseries coming out over the next 2-3 years that will be made before the possibility of a second (as of yet unplanned) season.

I wonder what road blocks they ran into that prevented them from adding Leprechaun 5. It's just really incomplete without it.

As for The Babadook, that movie really gave me the heebie jeebies. The people behind that really know how to do horror, though I'm not entirely sure how I feel about that ending. (Which I will refrain from mentioning to avoid spoilers.) But they made something as tame as reading a feel intense. Through that whole scene, my inner stereotypical-black-woman-in-a-movie-theater was shouting, "Oh hell no, close that damn book right now and throw it in the fireplace!"

So yeah, I'm kinda stoked that it's coming to Netflix so I can catch it again some time.

Wasn't impressed by The Babadook. Tries to hard to do that whole 'Is it horror? Is it drama?' thing way too fucking hard. What it does do right it does well but it's only a good movie, nothing great. Don't buy into the hype of it being some sort of revitalizing of old school psychological horror people, or you'll go in sorely disappointed.

Wasn't Underworld already on Netflix? Did it get taken off for a while and I didn't notice?
