Thankfully, Dustin McLean of DIY Prop Shop is here to show us how to do just that. Of course, I suppose you could just 3D print a pulse rifle with actual, deadly capabilities in today's age of technological wizardry, but for less than $30? GAME OVER MAN...I mean, not gonna happen.

I really loved this video, actually. Pretty decent prop, especially considering it's mostly stuff he already had lying around. I'm pretty impressed with how good it looks at the end. A toy gun transformed! Well, into another toy gun, that is.

Eh, do it hardcore, get yourself a Thompson and a pump action shotgun and stick them together and cover them with plastic stuff.

Of course, no way you are going to get you 99 rounds in a mag, or being caseless...they did a good job hiding the cartridges in the action scenes.
