New Assassin's Creed Syndicate Trailer Focuses on Gang Rivalry

The gang's all here.

Ubisoft has released a new Assassin's Creed Syndicate trailer, which details the gang element in the upcoming title.

"Everything you do in the open world will not only support your rise to power as the gang leader, but also affect your entire gaming experience," game director Scott Phillips explains, with three primary factors impacting your progression as a fierce gang leader: Taking over rival territory, earning money, and upgrading your gang's skills in order to grow their power and influence.

In addition, Ubisoft finally used London Calling by The Clash in a trailer, which you can view below.

The latest entry in the Assassin's Creed franchise is set in 1868 London during the Industrial Revolution, and puts you in the shoes of twin assassins Jacob and Evie Frye. In my review of the game [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/articles/view/video-games/editorials/reviews/14832-Assassins-Creed-Syndicate-Review], I wrote "Assassin's Creed Syndicate features a solid campaign, elevated by challenging assassination missions and a spellbinding setting," rating it 4 out of 5 stars.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate releases tomorrow, October 23, on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, with a PC release coming November 19.
