Four New Mortal Kombat X Characters Leaked Early

Four new Mortal Kombat X characters have been leaked ahead of the 2015 Game Awards.

A YouTube video that was loaded early today revealed the four new fighters to be featured in Mortal Kombat X's second Kombat Pack. Joining the fray are Texas Chainsaw Massacre's Leatherface, Alien's Xenomorph, Bo Rai Cho, and a Tri-Borg that combines Cyrax, Sektor, and Robot Smoke.

July marked the final DLC character release for Mortal Kombat X's first Kombat Pack. The pack included four new playable characters - Jason Voorhees, Tanya, Predator, and Tremor - as well as additional skins, for $29.99. In September, Mortal Kombat series creator Ed Boon announced the addition of four new playable characters [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/142254-Mortal-Kombat-X-Appears-to-be-Getting-Four-New-Characters]. Warner Bros. later stated that NetherRealm Studios was developing new DLCs, including the characters, additional skins, and a new environment, to be released in the first half of 2016.

Bo Rai Cho and Leatherface are meh characters honestly, I would rather have Syndel, Noob Saibot, Nightwolf, Sereena (Or whatever that one chick in Sub Zero Mythologies was called that show up for about 5 minutes in MKX, she looks cool), Frost, Fujin, Jade, Kabal or even Stryker rather than those two. However I liked the fact that the Alien takes a few traits from Baraka (Arm Blades and head looks a bit smaller than your average human born Xenomorph) and it makes me wonder if other variation takes after other species in MK universe (were's hoping that 4 armed Xenomorphs are thing) and I also liked the All-in-One Robot, it was something very requested for a while now and it's nice to see in the game.

I could care less about Leatherface and the Xenomorph. Do like that they added Bo Rai Cho and that Cyborg though. The real question though is when they're going to add Rain, Baraka and Sindel. Their files are already in the damn game.

Everyone besides one of these guys is totally awesome. I love the new look on the Xeno, Leatherface is cool, and I get some form of Smoke. I'm a happy man right now.

Anybody else not loving how they keep adding "novelty characters"? I know MK has always been a bit of a silly series, babe-alities, over the top deaths and gore, friendship etc but at least it had a lore and story to it.

Now they are just adding any old horror villain and it doesn't half take you out of that lore. It's like walking through the witcher 3 and walking past a ye old McDonald's.

You know, I was thinkin' about that, and oh God, yes please. Seriously, when you say Goro-Alien or Baraka-Alien, it sounds awesome.
I was wonderin' how a Facehugger got past those Tarkatan teeth though, they look pretty sharp.

Not really digging Leatherface. I know MK has never been the world's most serious franchise, but this 'let's put horror icons in the game!' is starting to wear thin.

Bo Rai-cho is cool, and the Baraka/Xenomorph is intriguing, but damn I was really hoping for Noob Saibot. The whole 'Shadow Ninja' thing was very cool.
