I really enjoyed the old "Moon Tycoon" more then I honestly should have. It's not really remarkable in many ways, poor graphics for its time, a very simple core game mechanic by city builder standards and a campaign that was as easy as the age rating would imply, yet I lost quite a few hours playing it once upon a time. I don't know, maybe it being the first 3D city builder is what got me.

Making a list like this without including Transport Tycoon Deluxe borders blasphemy.

Theme Hospital is a blast though.

Roller Coaster Tycoon was my shit back in Elementary school... The best ride I made was a roller coaster where the cars jumped over a gap at high speeds and make it to the other side... Sure, I had to bypass the warnings, but damn did it pay off financially...

Other than that, the last tycoon-esque game I've played was this breeding ranch sim...
