I hadn't really kept up with this too much (oddly, considering Planescape: Torment is one of my favorite games ever) but those hand-drawn levels are even more gorgeous than I expected! Will be keeping an eye on this one.

It looks gorgeous. If this is how it's going to look, I'll be all on board with it. I was kind of worried since they changed the setting, and I loved Sigil and the Planes as a setting! But this looks very promising.
