Is there a discount for the PC version, since they're peddling a sub-par product [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/7.934230-The-Divison-PC-Port-Was-Kept-In-Check-With-Consoles-Says-Ubisoft#&gid=gallery_5654&pid=1] designed for console spec hardware?

The worst thing a developer can admit to, is intentionally not optimising the PC port of a console/cross-platform game, particularly in the interest of "fairness". Two different audiences, different platforms, no cross-platform play, it makes zero difference to console gamers if their PC cousins get a version designed for the platform. The only ones affected are PC gamers being offered sub-optimal experiences. It smacks of the same nonsense surrounding the Watchdogs E3 demo fiasco.
