Super Nintendo World Coming to Universal Studios Japan by 2020

Universal Studios Japan, Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood will all have Nintendo-themed areas - and the first will arrive in 2020.

Nintendo and Universal studios first concrete information [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/168921-Nintendo-Confirms-Attractions-for-Universal-Studios-and-Resort-Theme-Parks] about the first, which will arrive ahead of the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 2020 - and it's called Super Nintendo World.

Nintendo has shared concept art for this first park, which is fairly large in scale. The view of the layout doesn't show the entire area, but what is shown unsurprisingly focuses on the world of Nintendo's suspender-clad mascot, Mario. However, Nintendo did say that Super Nintendo World will feature "attractions based on many Nintendo titles."

You can check out the concept art in the photo below, and feel free to hop over to the comments to let us know what sorts of things you'd like to see in a Nintendo-themed amusement park. Like a Rainbow Road roller coaster, or a Zora's Domain water park, or anything at all with Metroid.

A Killer 7 psychedelic horror experience hidden down a large rusted green pipe labeled "candy within" hidden behind the derelict toad apartments. There'll be clown demons screaming like grinning banshees, power-ranger coloured wrestling superheroes spiralling into suicidal self-destruction, exploring elements of extremely violent schizophrenia and multiple personality disorder, dizzying nonsensical politics and plenty...oh plenty of decapitated talking heads.

The kids will love it!!

That does count as a Nintendo property, right? It says Capcom, but I can sense the sinister hands of Nintendo pulling the bloodied tendons behind this one.

Real Life mario Kart. The karts are designed to bump into each other, and you go in with two persons at a time. the one in the back has to catch foam balls that resemble green shells. If the driver runs over an active mushroom pad, the driver can use a short boost. It's extremely impractical, but it would be awesome.

Better have bouncy castles. That shit writes itself. AND IT MAKES THE JUMP SOUND!

Id rather a Zelda based like...entire park. Zora's Domain Waterpark part sure, but then you got Kokiri forest for the kids, Death Mountain for lots of perhaps obstacle type attractions. A Lon Lon petting zoo, Hyrule town for shops and food, but then obviously a Zelda/Ganon's castle roller coaster. Either two separate ones of different style, or one that gets crazy as it "becomes" Ganon's.

That's not fair - you forgot about Mario is Strange, The Walking Mario, and The Mario Among Us.
