Civilization V: Complete isn't going for $0.84.
I see it going for ?11,26
Unless the euro had plummeted in value, that's not $0.82.
Its more like $11.77, witch is still a hell of a deal though.

I was gonna say the very same thing.
I mean, $0.84 is pocket change, and with the "Complete" it wouldn't come with the slightly cynical motivation that "the low price is to entice players to eventually spend more on the expansion packs".
$11.77 is most certainly a good deal for the value one gets, but pocket change it isn't.
