A mere seven months following the May 2006 closing of Rockstar Vienna, Hannes Seifert, Niki Laber and Jürgen Goeldner, who founded neo Software in January 1993 and sold to Take-Two Interactive in 2001, have started a new game studio, Games-That-Matter Productions Gmbh. Their site [http://www.games-that-matter.com/] claims that they have a "visionary game production business model." The official press conference to discuss the company's goals and business model will be on January 25.
