Wow, that sounds awesome! Can you imagine? Instead of sending people to prison, we can just implant the memories in and make them [i/]think[/i] they've been there.

I'm going to be honest. When I read the first article, I immediately thought of Trace Memory.

Also, is it pheromone or pheremone? Your spelling was a little inconsistent in the last article, Lauren.

That memory thing is scary. If that kind of power gets into the wrong hands, it would be horrible.

Nope, you're already signed up. In fact, you're signed up for every brain-altering study for the next twenty years.

Fun article. It's crazy what can be done with the brain and just how much your perception of reality relies on what your brain accepts as reality.

Yeah I was reading some article in cosmos that was like page 1. Apparently scientists are working on manipulating memories to combat PTSD.

That is absolutely amazing. Now this? This is news. I was loving all 18 minutes of that video, It was absolutely mindopening. Bacterium's photo-responsive nature being the potential cure (and nothing short of an awesome link) for psychiatric diseases? Good lords, yes.

I gotta say, though--the concept of a world without pizza? Absolutely terrifying.

I can't stop thinking about the guy in "A Clockwork Orange" where they make him severely ill just by thinking about violence or sex. That would be awesome, make a pedophile throw up and scream in agony every time he sees a child.

Ha, joke's on the scientific community then. I took a bat to the skull when I was 14, had some bad memory issues since. They can implant fake memories, i'll just forget them sooner than later.

It's pheromone. Good call!

Great weight loss technique. Try grabbing a pizza or a burger and you're filled with feelings of dread and pain, reach for the celery and apples and feel good. It will cure obesity or cause mental breakdowns.

I'm absolutely certain that there is some little backwater village in the far reaches of nowhere where they lock you up for your own safety because you DON'T hear the voices.

Sanity is majority opinion. And the brain is a scary, scary thing when you think about it... with your brain.
