No surprise; I'm really excited about getting the set. The audio is a big part of why I'm a fan of the series.

I do hope that it's available for online purchase at Sumthing Else, though, as UPS customs brokers keep trying to screw me through my pants with brokerage fees if I try to order CDs from the US. Either online, or it'd be nice if retailers here in Canada picked non-mass-market discs up before they're a year old.

Excellent. Halo 3's soundtrack pretty much ranged from "really good" to "completely amazingly awesome," so this will be nifty to have.

I'd feel a little better about this if the Halo 3 soundtrack wasn't 95% rehashed versions of the previous two. Playing the game I got the sense that something came up during the development process that hampered scoring the game. There's really only two new pieces of music, one of which was from the E3 trailer over a year ago.
