MTV makes available the Xbox 360 achievements for Rock Band.

The cities are relevant because there are songs by bands from those towns. Go to Seattle, play In Bloom. Go to Chicago, play Cherub Rock. Go to New York, play Sabotage. I'm guessing part of the problem is there haven't been that many Austin bands of prominence in the past 10 years or so.
