It's still a bad idea, in my opinion, but eh, moaning about it isn't going to chance anything so why bother?

As good as a deal I guess it is for those interested in RPG books it's just something I'm not at all interested in.

May I suggest Paranoia XP [http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product_info.php?products_id=50899], the only PnP game I know of to be worked on by two Escapist contributors (Allen Varney [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/articles/view/issues/issue_4/25-Player-Prompted-Paranoia] and Greg Costikiyan [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/articles/view/issues/issue_8/50-Death-to-the-Games-Industry-Part-I]).
