Guitar Hero will be getting some new DLC this month in the form of Megadeth, P.O.D., Weezer, The Used and Sum 41 track packs. Which bands should get track packs next?

I don't own Cash-In Hero.

If I did, then I'd probably buy something like an Amon Amarth or Frank Klepacki trackpack. Imagine "Grinder" on GH. Yeah

I not a Guitar Hero fan, but the closest I've come to being able to put up with it was the Metallica version. So, that, I guess.

I would like to see some track packs from the bit more extreme genres.

Though not sure how "Extreme" it is in the USA, but Rock Band have released a number of Country and Western Albums and track packs which are defintely a niche market in the UK (they were pretty good though). I say release a track pack where the lead guitar takes the banjo part and watch the GH/RB rockers drop dead of exhaustion (I would link "Dueling Banjos" from Deliverence but I'm at work )

Id like to see Paramore get a DLC pack. But preferably on Rock band, I find the interface less distracting than guitar hero

I went on GH4 on my Wii and tried to recreate various songs by both bands. I decided it would be a better use of my time to play them on my actual Guitar, instead, so I did.

Only one of those bands I like is Avenged Sevenfold, and even then mostly only the old stuff (Waking the Fallen). City of Evil was complete and utter shit, and after that their music was ok, but pre-City of Evil was still the best. But anyway, since I only have GH2 and 3, I'm not getting any. I still think they need to come out with a game like that and just give you a download card for 50-100 songs and have a bank of hundreds of songs online so you get to choose which you want and you can always buy more.
