Postal Opens in 13 Theatres, Unreported Sales
Uwe Boll's Postal may have appeared in more theatres than it had viewers.

Surprisingly, Variety [http://weblogs.variety.com/the_cut_scene/2008/05/postals-box-off.html] found that thirteen theatres debuted the controversial [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/news/view/83949] film.
Despite the improved distribution, Boll's production company decided to not submit Postal's box office numbers to box office tracker Rentrak. Rentrak tallies data supplied by every serious studio, and any that doesn't support the system is typically not acknowledged. The conclusion to draw from Boll's lack of reporting financial numbers: Postal likely didn't have gross revenue worth noting.
