Actually, there are a couple other games from that era that also meet that description. You might check out "Uprising", "Urban Assault", "Command & Conquer: Renegade" if you are looking for similar games. It is a fully 3D RTS where the players are avatars within the game. Only one in its genre and one of the best games ever.
