Cocolani Island has entered their Closed Beta and we have a bunch of keys to give away for you to try it out!

So yeah, the Beta hasn't actually started yet.
The site says they 'Hope to have it started sometime (this) afternoon.

Hmm, that's strange. I was told they had it up an hour ago. Thank you for the update. I'm sure they'll have it up soon.
