They definitely should have set at least one person's lawn on fire, just to make sure EVERYONE knows about it.

Alright, point taken; most people do not read the Terms & Conditions clause before installing a game.
Are they then implying that not enough gamers lawyer up or speak Legalese?
A well supplied binding contract for fair and proper usage of a game is all well and good for if something horrible arises and you want to pursue justice, but for laziness's sake there should be a laconic or summarized version then, beside the full one. (That is, if they really do want more gamers to lawyer up.)

Gamers have souls?

Kidding, kidding. But seriously, that's awesome and makes me kind of relieved that I skim the ending of most warranty/liscence agreements....

Alright that's one of the best April Fools jokes yet. Unfortunately they wouldn't get my soul, I sold it in Grade Eight so they'd be a little late to the party
Heh, this *is* hilarious.

Ha! I knew I was right to skim through the terms and conditions just in case there was something out of place!

Ha, brilliant! Great way to make people read the T and C too, by including discount vouchers in them :)

well, even if they didn't give it back, it would have to be on lease if it was for me, i've already sold my soul to a bunch of things, and even after i quit, i don't think i ever fully got it back, so even if i used gamestation, i would have to return all products. not to mention the rest of my soul has been split between these to girls i love, so i guess i would have to pay more money instead. my guess is that a penny would be enough to cover what my immortal soul is worth.

When I was a kid I used to sell soda's out of my locker for money (this proved lucrative since the school only carried Coke products and would often turn off the machines as a way to punish the school when someone did something stupid). Anyway, supply was hard to keep up. So when I started running low I would still sell them at the usual high prices but would make kids promise that I could have their soul when they die in addition.

Surprisingly few would say no. Too bad there isn't an afterlife, I could have me a lot of slaves. Soda is just that awesome.

Hahaha. Yeah I never read T and Cs........hm.

Maybe I'll start skim-reading them, or at least search for "soul" you know, just in case.

Ok so I'm an atheist and henceforth don't actually believe in souls, but I do have a question for people who do believe in souls.

Do souls actually belong to people, or do they belong to their specific deity? (Yaweh, Jesus, Allah, etc.) If it turns out that they do own your souls, do those deity's have a legal department to recoup their holdings? (Souls.)
