The Week in Review: Cocaine, Jedi and Lasers

In this week's edition, Germans put holes in things with homemade laser guns, and Ubisoft cancels its raunchy Wii game in the UK.

GameStop Hit With DLC Lawsuit

Retailer GameStop is in hot water this week after angry customers issued a class action lawsuit against the company for its "deceptive" business practises. The suit alleges that GameStop will allow customers to think that the free DLC that comes with a new game is still included if that game is bought pre-owned, even when that isn't the case. According to the suit, it's like "selling a book without telling the customer that chapters are missing." The laser hnadgun had a bit of yellow-journalism. While it only gives minor burns, the artcile claimed it was "super-dangerous".

I've been passing around the whole "don't put jedi" thing after reading about the campaign on here.

Also, Logan, do you get up at 7am especially to write these? That's dedication right there.

Anyone ever notice that "therapist" and "The Rapist" is just one or the other with bad spelling?
Coincidence? I think not.

I was thinking more about the potential damage to your eyes.
