Alright, do not let the title of this manga scare you. It's also considered a doujin for some reason, to be honest. I don't really know the difference between a manga and doujin. Usually a doujin includes heavy pornographic content, this doujin does not have that.
Masutrbation Master Kurosawa is written by Ise Katsura and drawn by Yoko. The series started in 2007 and has a total of 31 chapters, so it is a very short read. So, with some basic facts lets go into it.
Story
Our story follows Kakeru Kurosawa, a middle school student who has only one joy in life. Masturbating in the girl's restroom. This has become his daily ritual and the only thing that gives him a will to live. He has no friends and no hobbies. Our protagonist then meets the timid girl Aya Kitahara, who is the main bully target in the school. His life then goes down the drain and his trouble starts. I can't say anymore without spoiling. The story for this manga was amazing. Around chapter ten, it gets dark. Really dark. It continues in a downward spiral with relationships forming then breaking apart, bullying, and betrayal. I won't say how it ends, but I was very satisfied.
Characters
The characters are pretty satisfying. We have our MC, Kakeru Kurosawa, who is a master loner. Kitahara is our bullied loner with a very dark inside. Keiji Nagatsuka is the leader of the otaku club. He is constantly trying to befriend Kurosawa and get him to join the otaku club. He's a very outgoing person who enjoys others company. Finally we have Magister Takigawa, who is one of the popular girls. She also enjoys talking to everyone and eventually befriends the three other protagonist. A couple other side characters play varying roles at other times, but I won't go into them. Overall, I enjoyed the characters, they felt real. Not like other forms of Japanese characters. They all have faults, some more than others. I really enjoyed this aspect of realism.
Art
This really depends on personal taste. The artist enjoys light-shading. He never draws something completely. The style fits the indie feel the doujin has going, but this mostly depends on personal taste.
Psychological, Romance, and Drama
The psychological aspect is amazing. We have bullying, a girl who bottles up all of her anger and when it releases, it does so with a bang, and finally the ability to cope with love for the first time.
The romance doesn't kick in till later, but it's nice. Very subtle, but still a big part of the series. Who our protagonist ends up with will surprise you quite a bit.
The drama is great. Especially once the MC reveals his crimes to others. The drama gets kicked up to then and it is magnificent.
Overall
Read this doujin now. It's downright amazing. I ended up reading it within three hours and wanted more. I wanted to watch our characters go through high school and further their relationships. The story is amazing, most realistic story I've read in a while. The characters are all real, they have multiple faults, and the aspects of the show, especially bullying, are just amazing.
Score: 9/10.
Edit: So, I really don't want to put any spoilers for this doujin, but I can understand your reasoning. The name is very absurd. So I'll be putting some light spoilers here explaining some of the events that made me like this doujin so much. So be warned.

Two things really drew me into this doujin. Not only admitting to making mistakes, but accepting the consequences without complaint. The other is putting a person on a pedestal. Kurosawa did some terrible things to several girls in the school due to blackmail, let's just say he used his "talent". He not only admits to doing so later, he takes everything his classmates throw at him, without complaint. The name of the doujin comes from a nickname his classmates give him after he comes out, he gets beaten, and becomes an outcast. For putting someone on a pedestal, our hero befriends a girl. He very quickly falls in love with her, but he over imagines her greatness so much, he would only be disappointed when he ask her out. This new feeling completely terrifies our hero. He literally gets sick when he tries to masturbate to her, because he thinks he's soiling her image. Just when he is about to ask her out, another friend ask her and she says yes. He slowly watches as the woman he build the pedestal for, becomes "tainted" by this other boy. To the point he does something he regrets greatly, which causes him to admit to his crimes. As I said the bullying part is also very intense, we come pretty close to a school stabbing and see the effects bullying can have on people. This is all I will say, the story would be ruined otherwise.
