A list of Fallout 3 mods that does not require FOSE

If you were like me, you bought Fallout 3 from Direct2Drive unknowingly that FOSE is incompatible with it.
This makes it tedious to look for mods that doesn't require FOSE to work so it'd be great if we can all get together to compile a list of said mods. Please help out and post quality mods that you found that fits the requirements!
