Hey, sorry I'm late.

Well, It's a Kind which today don't really exist (At least not litteraly) I wanted to add it to see the result.

Still that You can see it as a City Builder with a lot of Legal aspect to manage (Like Urban Empires, It's not recent but It's a good exemple) but with a bigger presence of diplomacy between cities.
