Getting past Kotick's wragling with his own counsel which seems to be the major focus of this (where he seems to be largely trying to skip out on money he owes someone for services... shades of a certain issue involving promised bonuses), I think he was probably in the right in the initial issue with the lady he hired.

This is simply because a private servant like that is akin to hiring an escort full time. I won't get into the issue of sex, since that's inherantly illegal in 49 out of 50 states (paying someone to be an on-call hooker is prostitution), I'm sure we all know how this doubtlessly works out in a practical sense though.
In this case however she's claiming "sexual harassment" but according to this seems to only be claiming she was asked to escort her employers as "arm candy", and pretty much be sexy as part of their entourage when visting places.
Any way it goes, despite winning, I think she's a scam artist because you generally don't wind up in a job like that without having some idea what it entails. It can be spotty legally (as you can tell), but while he probably deserves it in a general sense, it seems to me that she probably played Kotick and his friends, signing on for the job, being very careful about the working of the contract, refusing to do the public portion of the job, and then sueing for it.
Sort of like hiring a spokesmodel, and then having her sue you because you expect her to act sexy in public, flirt with customers, and act really friedly with the big wigs (a lot of which we've all seen over the years in things like the SPIKE video game awards, E3 booth babes, and similar things). This kind of job is usually basically the full time version of that, where even if no sex is involved, the girl is being paid to pretty much act as an ongoing promotion for the guy in question and make him, his company, and/or his product look epic, sexy, and successful full time. Being a stewardess on a private jet is not like being one on a public airline.
It's sort of like hiring some 6' 8" muscleman with three blackbelts to drive your car and break legs for you, and then having him sue you because the bit about being your bodyguard/muscle wasn't officially on the contract for obvious reasons.
